Time Out is a strange and moody concoction of heavy plodding bassline and erratic squeaks, with occasional vocal breaks. Stories Through Sequence is typical quirky bumping house from Lil Mark. Sharp hollow stabs and short synth notes dance around and the clean percussion is simple yet so so funky. Spacey vocals flicker in and out and the whole track chugs along energetically and oozes futuristic funk. Stories In Sequence eliminates the vocal and adds chunky bass synth and spooky floating chords, while Storamental does away with either and just lets the crazy, immaculate drum sounds take the lead.
