Ok, I cannot stop talking about the footie - what a World Cup it has been… amazing, full of drama, surprises and controversy! To all my Dutch friends, I will be routing for the men in orange on Sunday, although it seems most of Los Angeles in off course is behind Spain and I will be in the minority, just the way I like it!

So to the music, this week we played new music from the much anticipated release from The Black Keys Brothers, as well as Nacho Lovers and an amazing new collection of Colombian Afro Roots music from Soundway. Our featured track was Dejala Corre by Banda Los Hijos de La Nina Luz. Classic Northern Soul from Ann Sexton & The Flirtations as well as Galactic Disco from Orkestra Galactica, the brain child of Tony Coleman the man behind the U.K.’s top Drum & Bass imprint Hospital Records was also on our agenda!
